RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

2 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE ABOVE GROUND
3 // ENCROACHMENT FOR 4444 AOAMS STREET - PR 4.76
4 11 WHEREAS, Jerry J. and Peggy L. Moffatt have submitted a request to constl
5 11 maximum three foot high loffell retaining wall within a public street and utility easement

their property frontage at 4444 Adams Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the encroachment will not adversely
the public’s ability to use the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad Cali1
as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
