RESOLUTION NO. 94-247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF FIRE
HOSE
WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City to join with other agencies in the purcha

fire hose; and

1. That the above facts are true and correct. 11
2. That the bid for Items 1 and 13 as shown in Exhibit "2', by Wajax Pacific, P C 12
13 88540, Seattle WA 98138, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authc
14 to execute a Purchase Order for these items as the need arises for a period beginning JI
15 1994 through June 30, 1995, with the option to renew for two one (1) year periods.
16 3. That the bid for Items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, as shown in Exhibit 'I:
17 Allstar Fire Equipment Company, 13450 Brooks Drive, Baldwin Park CA 91 706, is acceptec
18 the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for these items a
l9 need arises for a period beginning July 1, 1994 through June'30, 1995, with the option to r

WHEREAS, bid proposals were submitted by five vendors and were judged against k,
criteria.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl!
