RESOLUTION NO. 94-248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ESTABLISHING MASSAGE TECHNICIAN AND HOLISTIC
HEALTH PRACTITIONER LICENSE FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the public interest to license rn
technicians and holistic health practitioners within the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, massage technician and holistic health practitioner license fees
are to be established by City Council Resolution pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal Code Ch
5.16.330;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Ca
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a massage technician license fee of one hundred dollars ($1 00) is esta
pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 5.16.330.
3. That a holistic health practitioner license fee of fifty ($50) is established pur$
Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 5.16.330.

6th day of SEPTEMBEq 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
