A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINANCING PLAN FOR
LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 9.
4 11 WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been prepared for Local Fac

Management Zone 9 in accordance with Chapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code;
7 WHEREAS, the Local Facilities Management Plan contains a condition of app
8

stating that a Financing Plan is required prior to approval of any final map, building pern
grading permit within Zone 9; and

WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the Financing Plan and finds that it meets all c
requirements of Chapter 2 1.90 and all other applicable City policies, standards, and guide1
and
14 ll WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission reviewec
15 Financing Plan and unanimously recommended its approval; and
16 WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing the City Council reviewed the Finar

Plan, including consideration of the testimony of all persons wishing to speak on the matt1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
19 I of Carlsbad, California as follows:

21 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Financing Plan for Local Facilities Management Zone 9 dated Ju
1994, on file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference is he
approved. Any development occurring within the boundaries of Zone 9
comply with all terms and conditions of said plan.
