RESOLUTION NO. 94-257
'. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 90-
04-2, TIERRA SANTA FE UNIT NO. 2
WHEREAS, Centex Real Estate Corporation, a Nevada Corporat
have submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 90-04-
the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. CT 90-
with conditions, was approved by the Planning Commissior
February 6, 1991, pursuant to Resolution No. 3148; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planning Commis
Resolution No. 3148 at its meeting of June 4, 1991, pursuan
Resolution No. 91-162; and
WHEREAS, the City Council extended and amended the tenta
map on June 22, 1993 per Resolution No. 93-182; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-6
March 1, 1994, approving the petition, waiver and consen
creation of a Community Facilities District and Agreement tc
Fair Share for the Community Facilities District known as CommL
Facilities District No. 2 - Rancho Santa Fe and Olivenhain F
and
WHEREAS, those documents have been executed and the subdil
has paid its fair share of $1,137,750; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said
substantially conforms to said conditionally approved tent;
map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map
been completed or secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and p~
easements for dedication to the City of Carlsbad; and

WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad
General Plan and all requirements of City Codes and Standards; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined
it to be in the public interest to approve said Final Map ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-04-2 from
Centex Real Estate Corporation which is on file with the City
Engineer and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedication of streets and public
easements.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate
of Acceptance on the Final Map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original
Final Map to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the
