A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORF
APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE ADOPTION OF A ClTYWl
MASTER DRAINAGE AND STORM WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO: EIA 92-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did authorize the preparation c
new, citywide Master Drainage and Storm Water Quality Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the Califor
Environmental Quality Act and Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad,
Planning Director of the City of Carlsbad did file a Notice of Negative Declaration on
project described as Adoption of a Citywide Master Drainage and Storm Water Quz
Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Negative Declaration was circulated for public review and
comments were received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Notice of Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Director
April 30, 1992, and known as Case No. EIA 92-4, is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cou
held on the 13th day of SEPTEMBER , 1994 by the following Vote, to wit:
