A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
$500.00 FOR THE LIBRARY.

WHEREAS, Mr. Jack Kubota wishes to present $500.00 for the purchase of
children’s books for the library; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift to the Carlsbad City

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carisbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of $500.00 on behalf of
all citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
