RESOLUTION NO. 94-281
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE CARLSBAD ARTS ASSOCIATES
4 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Office provides “a variety of quality cultural pro

including all forms of visual and performing arts, to all Carlsbad residents”; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Carlsbad Arts Associates is to support the program:

Carlsbad Arts Office; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Associates is providing funds in the amount of $7;
assist with the purchase of a portable outdoor stage and storage unit; and
WHEREAS, the $7,500 will be deposited in the Arts Office Donation Account and fur

to expended from this account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst

City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 4th day of October , 1994, by the following 16
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City Council of tl 15
deposited into the Arts Office Donation Account (881 -51 0-421 0-5201) and expended for the 14 2. That the donation of $7,500 from the Carlsbad Arts Associates is accepted ar 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
