RESOLUTION NO. 94-283
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFC
AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority for the destruction of 1
records;
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, m(
requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction and the City Attorney has conser
their destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califorl
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Exhit
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the (
Carlsbad on the 4th day of October , 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard and Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
