A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS
5 WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City to join with other agencies i,
6 purchase of breathing apparatus; and
7 11 WHEREAS, bid proposals were submitted by eight vendors and were ju

against known criteria.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl: 10

12 1. That the above facts are true and correct.

2. That the bid for MSA Items 1 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as shown in Exhibit 'I:
