RESOLUTION NO. 94-294
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
STORAGE OF CARRILLO RANCH ARTIFACTS FROM
FUNDING AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CARRILLO
PURCHASE OF A RE-LOCATABLE TRAILER FOR THE
RANCH TRUST ACCOUNT #880-519-9208-0000
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has received a significant amount of artifacts
memorabilia relating to the Carrillo Ranch, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to store these artifacts in an approp
storage facility located in a safe environment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes the purchase of a re-locatable traile
provide for appropriate storage of artifacts in a safe environment at the City’s P
Safety and Service Center, and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes funding for the re-locatable trailer for ar
storage is a legitimate use of funds from the Carrillo Ranch Trust Account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Council does hereby authorize the appropriation of nece
funds for the purchase and installation of a re-locatable trailer at the Public Safe0
Service Center with funds available from the Carrillo Ranch Trust Account.
