6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipi
7 Code, the City Council did, on October 18 , 1994, hold a du:
8 noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sa:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3305 TO ALLOW RETAINING WALLS WITH A MAXI" HEIGHT OF THREE
FEET WITHIN THE SIDEYARDS OF CARLSBAD TRACT CT
90-36.
