RESOLUTION NO. 9 4 - 3 0 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING INCREASE IN CONTRACT AMOUNT FOR
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING,
CONTRACT NO. 31 66
WHEREAS, construction of improvements for Palomar Airport Road and El Caminc
6 widening, Contract No. 3166, has necessitated increased expenditures; and
7 WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $250,000 are available in Accoun
8 344-820-1 840-31 66.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That additional expenditures in the amount of $250,000 for Palomar Airport Ro:
El Camino Real Widening improvements specifically identified as Contract No. 31€
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City C
held on the 25th day of OCTOBER , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Nygaard, and Finnila
NOES: None
