RESOLUTION NO. 94-310
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
WITH CALTRANS PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE POINSETTIA LANE AND INTERSTATE 5
INTERCHANGE, PROJECT NO. 3269
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 1 1 -04691Al
WHEREAS, the Caw Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it nec
desirable, and in the public interest to construct the improvements to the Poinsettia la
Interstate 5 Interchange, Project No. 3269; and,
WHEREAS, the State Trade and Commerce Commission has found it in the best i
of the State of California to assist in funding of the Poinsettia Lanell-5 Interchange to all
City to reallocate funds towards the costs of the I-51Cannon Road Interchange; and,
WHEREAS, a cooperative agreement to provide supplemental funding to said prl
submitted herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Cooperative Agreement No. 11-0469IA1 with the California Departrr
Transportation for the construction of the Poinsettia Lane and Interstate 5 Interchange, I
No. 3269, is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execu
