A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIW OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
FOR SIDEWALK PROJECT AND MAR Y MONTANAS REPAIR
WORK, CONTRACT NO. 3391 -2/3413.
WHEREAS, construction is underway to replace various sidewalk in the City pura
the Sidewalk Project and Mar Y Montanas Repair Work, Project No. 3391 -2/3413; and
WHEREAS, it has come to staffs attention that the sidewalks on both sides of Pas
Node between Price Club and Aka MirdSeagate subdivisions are in serious need of reps
WHEREAS, it is necessary to initiate contract Change Order No. 7 to inch(
replacement of the Paseo Del Norte sidewalks; and,
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $28,850 for said change order are available in AI
NO. 152-820-51 10-241 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal
California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Change Order No. 7 to Project No. 3391 4341 3 in the amount of $28
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City C
held on the 15th day of NOVEMBER , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
