RESOLUTION NO. 94-332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 94-01,
POINSETTIA SHORES
5 11 WHEREAS, Kaiza Poinsettia Corporation, a California Corporation, have submitted

map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 94-01 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. CT 94-01 with condition5
approved by the Planning Commission on July 6, 1994 pursuant to Resolution No. 3671
10 /I WHEREAS, the City Council upheld the approval of Planning Commission Resolutic
3678, at its meeting of August 16, 1994 pursuant to Resolution No. 94-241; and 11

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforms tl
conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or sec 14

16 II WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easements for dedic
I.v I to the City of Carlsbad and the vacation of previously dedicated street, Windrose (
including the reservation of an easement for all public utility purposes; and 18 I I

j WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan a1
requirements of City Codes and Standards; and,
21 I1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the F
22 I1 interest to approve said Final Map;

25 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
26 2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 94-01 from Kaiza Poinsettia Corpor
27 a California Corporation, which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated her€
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:

3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on Final Map and the vacatio,
portion of Windrose Circle.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the Fina:
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to be recorded
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First American Title lnsL
Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of th
