RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECLASSIFYING TWO BUILDING
MAINTENANCE WORKERS I TO BUILDING MAINTENANCE
WORKERS 11.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that i

is desirable and necessary to reclassify two Building Maintenance Workers I to Buildir
Maintenance Workers II in the Building Maintenance Division of the Community Servi
7 I/ Department; and,
€3 WHEREAS, the City and the Carlsbad City Employees’ Association have met ar
9 conferred on the impacts of this recommendation on represented employees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1 . That the above recitations are true and correct.

the two Building Maintenance Workers I to Building Maintenance Workers I1 in the
Building Maintenance Division of the Community Services Department.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 10th day of JANUARY , 1995, by the follow
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
