1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of
Carlsbad on the 10th day of JANUARY , 1995, by the following vote, to wit:
