RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE REPAIRS OF BUENA VISTA CREEK
CONCRETE CHANNEL EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, PROJECT NO. 3385
AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, construction of the repairs of Buena Vista Creek Concrete Channel
Camino Real has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California. as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of repairs of BuenaVista Creek Concrete Channel east of E
Real, specifically identified as Project No. 3385, is deemed complete and hereby accz
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed tc
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
