A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAIUSB. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NOF REGIONAL ZONE FIRE AGENCIES FOR AUTOMATIC AID FOR FIRE AND RESCUE RESPONSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californi;
follows:
1. That an automatic aid agreement for fire and rescue responses
between the city of Carlsbad and the North Regional Zone Fire Agenc:
hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute sa
agreement for and on behalf of the city of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the A day of JANUARY
1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
