A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SAN
DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR THE PURPOSES OF RELOCATING AN
EXISTING OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINE.
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric has been requested to relocate an
overhead electric line and place it underground on a portion of city-owned property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad must grant an easement to San Diego Gas and
before construction can .begin to relocate'said electric line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council ol
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City of Carlsbad hereby grants an easement to San Diego Gas and Electric
owned property legally described as: That portion of the Northeast One Quar
portion of the Southeast One Quarter of Section 1, Township 12 South, Rang
San Bernardino Base and Meridian as described in a Deed Recorded Decembe
at Recorder's FilePage No. 83-449256 of Official Records in the office of tlr
Recorder of said County of San Diego.
3. The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute in the name of the City of
the easement document provided by San Diego Gas and Electric and approv
City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City (
the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 24th day of JAN, , 1995, by the follo7
