A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION, MINOR MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT,
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP, AND PLANNED UNIT
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE AVIARA MASTER
PLAN.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
