A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CARLSBAD NORTH BEACH
RESTROOMS, PROJECT NO. 341 2.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necessary, de:
and in the public interest to construct the Carlsbad North Beach Restrooms; and

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications for the construction of the Carlsbad Nortl
Restrooms is hereby approved and the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby au
to advertise for bids.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 21st day of FEBRUARY , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
