RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 6 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CIN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIMS FOR A 15 FOOT WIDE SEWER EASEMENT, A 10 FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE AND UTILITY EASEMENT,
AND A 20 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF
LOT 2 AND 4, MAP NO 13078 (CT 92-07) PR 3.7.67 AND PR 3.7.72.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Ranch Company has submitted a request for quitcl
15 foot wide sewer easement, a 10 foot wide landscape and utility easement, and a 20 '
drainage easement located over a portion of Lot 2 and Lot 4 of Map No. 13078 (CT E
WHEREAS, said easements were never utilized and are no longer needed for thc
for which they were granted and are not now nor are they contemplated to be neede
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in 1
interest to quitclaim said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim deeds conveying a 15 foot wide sewer easement, a 10
landscape and utility easement and a 20 foot wide drainage easement over a portion o'
Lot 4 of Map No. 13078 (CT 92-07) to the Carltas Company (Lot 4), Carlsbad Ranch
(Lot 2), which is on file with the City Clerk is approved.

3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deeds and the City Clerk is
authorized to release the original Quitclaim Deed to the Carltas Company to be recordec
