RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
ALGA ROAD AND EL FUERTE STREET, PROJECT NO. 3445.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
desirable, and in the public interest to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of
and El Fuerte Street; and
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, and contract documents for completing 1
have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Car
WHEREAS, the approved 94-95 Capital Improvement Program budget approF
funds to construct this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented z
approved.

1 3. That the City Clerk of the Cii of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and dire1
2 publish, in accordance with State law, a Notice to Contractors Inviting Bids for the cons'

of a traffic signal at the intersection of Alga Road and El Fuette Street, Project No. 5
accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents referred to herein.

6 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City

held on the 2 1st day of MARCH , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
