RESOLUTION NO. 95-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBl CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 19 FOR T
REIMBURSEMENT FINANCING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE WE CARLSBAD BRIDGE OVER BATIQUITOS LAGOON, CITY PROJECT b
3349.
WHEREAS, the replacement of the West Carlsbad Boulevard bridge over
Lagoon has been previously determined to be necessary and a component of the
Lagoon Enhancement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad.and the'Port of Los Angeles have previous
into agreements by which the Port shall be responsible for all costs requirec
project; and
WHEREAS, City has previously obtained the approval of HBRR Program
for said project; and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 19 to the existing Local Agenc
Agreement No. 11-5308 has been prepared for the HBRR Program financin{
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does here
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to approve said Program Supple
19.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of 1
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Program Supplement No. 19 is hereby approved and the
authorized to execute said program supplement.
3. That following the Mayor's signature of said program supplement
Clerk is directed to forward two (2) originals to CALTRANS, Attention Mr. Jerry Lov
Local Assistance Engineer, District 11, P. 0. Box 85406, San Diego, California 9
one copy to the Community Development Department for its records.
