A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECLASSIFYING TWO
INCUMBENTS IN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AND
ESTABLISHING A MANAGEMENT ANALYST POSITION.

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that i

the Engineering Department; and, 6
is desirable and necessary to reclassify two Assistant Engineers to Associate Engineer
7 WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that
8 is desirable and necessary to establish a Management Analyst position in the engineer^

WHEREAS, the City and the Carlsbad City Employees’ Association have met an
