RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 8 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN HOLD
HARMLESS AGREEMENT LETTERS FOR PROJECTS REQUIRING
COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMITS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necessary, (
and in the public interest to obtain Coastal Development Permits for the City projects
WHEREAS, the California Coastal Commission requires that the city subm
harmless agreement letter prior to issuance of a permit; and
WHEREAS, this authorization will expedite the acquisition of the Coastal Dec
Permits for City projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Crty Engineer is hereby authorized to sign hold harmless agreem
when required by the Coastal Commission for City projects requiring a Coastal De!
Permit.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Ci

held on the 4th day of APRIL , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
