RESOLUTION NO. 95-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
$7,500.00 FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the Friends of the Carlsbad Library have donated $7,500.00
the library, and;
WHEREAS, the library and the Friends have agreed that this donation v
be used in support of the La Costa Branch Library’s access to the library’s CC
ROM collection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of $7,500.00 from the Frien
of the Library on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 11th day of APRIL
1995, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis , Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
