RESOLUTION NO. 95-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE CARLSBAD ARTS ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Office provides “a variety of quality cultura

including all forms of visual and performing arts, to all Carlsbad residents”; and

WHEREAS, the purpose of the Carlsbad Arts Associates is to support the pro!
Carlsbad Arts Office; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Associates is providing funds in the amount 1
assist with the production of the Carlsbad Arts News, a monthly newsletterlcalendi
and for insurance coverage for the Temporary Outdoor Art Exhibition; and
lo I1 WHEREAS, the $2,200 will be deposited in the Arts Office Donation Account at
