A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF CARLSBP CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING $35,000 FROM THE RETAINED EARNIN( IN THE SOLID WASTE ENTERPRISE FUND MlSCELLANEOl PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT

WHEREAS, adequate funds are available in the retained earnings of 6
professional services expenses; and
WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund has incurred a number of ur
