RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 9 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD
TRACT 90-34. AVIARA PLANNING AREA 27.
WHEREAS, Davidson Coscan Partners, a California General Partnershi
submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 90-34 to the City of Carls
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 90-34 with conditio1
was approved by the Planning Commission on December 4,1991 pursuant to Re
Number 3324; and
WHEREAS, the Clty Engineer has determined that said map substantially c(
to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been comF
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easem
dedication to the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plat
requirements of Clty Codes and Standards; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to t
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFOREl BE IT RESOLVED by the Clty Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-34 from Davidson
Partners which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by rc
is accepted.

3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the Final Map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Accepta
the Final Map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map tc
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Ca
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First Americ
Insurance Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb
Council held on the 11 th day of APRIL , 199~ by the following vote, to wit:
