A RESOILJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSB;AD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO
AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE,
CHAPTER 21.44, CREATING A PARKING STANDARD FOR
BIO INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LAND
USES.

8 I! WHEREL4S, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Plr
9 11 Commission did, on February 15,1995, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed 10

12 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes
