RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 95)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 31 66
WHEREAS, construction of Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real widenins
substantially completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, preliminary project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of Palomar Airport Road and E:l Camino Real Widening, :
identified as Project No. 3166, is deemed substantially complete and hereby accept
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular rneeting of the Carlsbad C
held on the 18th day of APRIL , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
