RESOLUTION NO. 95-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE EXTENSION OF AVENIDA ENCINAS,
PROJECT NO. 3416, AS COMPLETE
5 WHEREAS, construction of Avenida Encinas extension between 6200 Avenida I
6 and 6800 Avenida Encinas has been satisfactorily completed; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and

WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
lo /I California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 ll 2. That construction of Avenida Encinas extension, specifically identified as Prc

held on the 16th day of MAY , 1995 by the following vote, to wit: 18
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
3416, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Clty Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
