RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAUFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM OF ATEMPORARY DRAINAGE
EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF LOT 3, MAP NO. 13078 (CT 92-07),
PR 3.7.66
5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Ranch Company has submitted a request for quitc
6 drainage easement over a portion of Lot 3, Map No. 13078 (CT 92-07); and
7 WHEREAS, the detention basin located within the easement is no longer n
8 because downstream improvements to the storm drain system have been completed,
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in I ’ o

interest to quitclaim said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
15 I1 2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a drainage easement over a portion of 1
No. 13078 (CT 92-07), to the Carlsbad Ranch Company, which is on file with the City
is incorporated herein by reference, is approved.

3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is
authorized to release the original Quitclaim Deed to the Carlsbad Ranch Compar
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Californii
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 6th day of JUNE , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
