A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE REPAIRS TO BIOLOGICAL MITIGATION ALONG
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3401, AS COMPLETE

WHEREAS, construction of the repairs to biological mitigation along Palomar Airpori
been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, CE
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of repairs to biological mitigation along Palomar Airport Road, c
identified as Project No. 3401, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
of Completion and have same recorded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Count
the 6th day of JUNE , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
