A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM
PERMIT TO DEVELOP 158 DETACHED, CLUSTERED
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS WITHIN
MASTER PLAN LOCATED NORTH OF BATIQUITOS
COASTAL ZONE IN LOCAL FACILITIES
MANAGEMENT ZONE 9.
PLANNING AREA "B-1" OF THE POINSETTIA SHORES
LAGOON, WEST OF THE 1-5 FREEWAY, IN THE
CASE NAME POINSETI'IA SHORES - AREA B-1
CASE NO.: CT 94-08/CP 94-01
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Pla
l1 11 Commission did, on April 5, 1995, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed 1
l2 (1 to consider a Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit; and

14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 13th

objections, protests, comments of all persons interested in or opposed to CT 94-08/( 1 7

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Cl

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council APPROVES City Council Resolution N 1

- , and that the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission

forth in Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 3757 and 3758, on file in the P1:

Department and made a part hereof by reference are the findings and conditions
