A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING CITY
TREASURER'S MONTHLY AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE
WHEREAS, the Off ice of the City Treasurer is estz ~ 1 5
WHEREAS, the performance of the City Treasurer's 6
by Title 2, Chapter 2-08 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; i
and responsibilities require travel; and 7
8 WHEREAS, it is both necessary and convenient t

insurance in an amount satisfactory to the City Manager; a
WHEREAS, the sum of $100 per month is a reasonable
as compensation for such actual, reasonable and ne
automobile expenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
