A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A
NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A SPECIFIC PLAN
AMENDMENT TO REGULATE SIGNAGE ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN CANNON ROAD
AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.

8 ll WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the

Commission did, on April 19, 1995, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribc

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
