RESOLUTION NO. 95-166 - E:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI' OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 199! FISCAL YEAR OPERATING BUDGET OF THE ENCINA ENCINA WASTEWATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member agency to th

Section 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized
payments on behalf of this agency to the EWA in accordance I
budget as approved by JAC in accordance with the Encin
Agreement.
Section 4: This resolution shall be forwarded to
immediately upon its execution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 20th day of JUNE
1995, by the following vote to wit:
