A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE HOUSING AUTHONTY OF
THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO.
WHEREAS, the City Council on February 8, 1994, approved the establi
of the Carlsbad Residential Rehabilitation Program; and

WHEREAS, there exists a need within the City of Carlsbad to assist PI

rental rehabilitation program for eligible property owners; and
14 II WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the County of San Diego has the ex]

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council 17
