A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRAC1
CT 92-07-03, CARLSBAD RANCH UNIT Ill.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Ranch Company, LP., a California Limited Partners
submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 92-07-03 to the City of Carls
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-07-03 with condi
was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on January (
pursuant to Resolution Number 3483; and
WHEREAS, this approval was extended on September 9, 1993 by State
428; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planning Commission Resolution N
at its meeting of March 16, 1993 pursuant to Resolution No. 93-55; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially cc
to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been comp
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easemc
dedication to the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan
requirements of City Codes and Standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Crty Council of the Crty of Carlsbad determined it to bc
public interest to approve said Final Map;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 92-07-03 from Carl
Ranch Company, L.P., which is on file with the Clty Engineer and is incorporated P
by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City accepts dedications shown on the Final Map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptan
the Final Map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Cali
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Chicagc
Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbs
Council held on the 27th day of JUNE , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnil
