RESOLUTION NO. 95-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING THE REVISED HOURLY SALARY
SCHEDULE.

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs that th'
revisions in the salary schedule for hourly employees be adopted; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs that a 39

adjustment will be included in the FY 1995-96 Hourly Salary Accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbal
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to adopt tt
revised Hourly Salary Schedule as described in Attachment A, attached hereto and made

each general fund departmental hourly salary account in the FY 1995-96 Budget by 3Oh
The approximate $35,000 needed for the adjustment will be taken from the Gener:
