RESOLUTION NO. 95-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CARLSBAD UNDERGROUND UTILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO CORRECT JOB TITLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on January 4, 1977, a
Resolution No. 4073 creating and establishing the Undergr
Utility Advisory Committee: and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on September 6, 1988, a
Resolution No. 88-330, increasing the committee to nine (9) mem
by adding the Redevelopment Director and the Utilities
Maintenance Director; and
WHEREAS, there has been a reorganization in the city resul
in the deletion of the Utilities and Maintenance Director ti
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct the membershj
the committee to replace the Utilities and Maintenance Dire
with the Community Services Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 88-330 is ret as follows:
"Section 2. The City staff members on
