A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE APPLICATION FOR EXPANSION OF THE NORTH COUNTY RECYCLING MARKET DEVELOPMENTZONE TO INCLUDE THE CIN OF ENClNlTAS

WHEREAS, the North County Recycling Market Development Zone is 7
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member jurisdiction of the Nor
6 Recycling Market Development Zone; and

Marcos, Solana Beach and Vista and the County of San Diego; and g
comprised of the cities of Carlsbad, Del Mar, Escondido, Oceanside, Poway, San D
10 WHEREAS, the City of Encinitas is desirous of joining the North County

Market Development Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City 01
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The submittal of the application for the expansion of the Nort
Recycling Market Development Zone to include the City of Er
hereby approved.
