RESOLUTION NO. 95-193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS (CYCLE 7)
TO MAKE APPLICATION TO CALTRANS FOR STATE-LOCAL
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs thi
Engineer be authorized to make application to CALTRANS for State-Local Tran
Partnership Program Cycle 7 funding for certain improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorized the City Engineer to make application to C
for State-Local Transportation Partnership Program Cycle 7 funding for the
improvements:
0 Widen Various Streets (including Valley, Magnolia and Chestnut)
0 Overlay Various Streets
0 La Costa Avenue Widening (1-5 to El Camino Real)
0 La Costa Avenue Mitigation
0 Olivenhain Widening
0 Shore Protection Wall
0 Avenida Encinas Widening and Extension
0 Traffic Signal at Alga Road and Batiquitos Drive
0 Traffic Signal at Alga Road and El Fuerte Street
