A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAC
CALIFORNIA1 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AB
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TB
CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF PLAY EQUIPMEX
CALAVERA PARKS1 TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WIT
DISABILITIES ACT.
IMPROVEMENTS AT HOLIDAY1 LAGUNA RIVIERAR STAGECOACH1 M
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calif

has determined it necessary and in the public interest to cor
playground improvements at Holiday, Laguna Riviera, Stagecoac
Calavera Parks, and a
9 WHEREAS, the said improvements will bring those

facilities into compliance with the Americans with Disab:
Act, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing
labor, materials, tools, equipment transportation and
expenses necessary or incidental for said project, hav
prepared and are on file in the Community Services Departr
the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference here.

to contractors inviting bids for the construction/installat
playground equipment at the Holiday, Laguna Riviera, Stage
and Calavera park sites.
