RESOLUTION NO. 95-207
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFERENCING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE AND DIRECTING CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CARLS:

15 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the legislative body to
16 call for sealed proposals or bids for the doing of said work
17 improvements in said Assessment District; and,

20 on the works of improvement for this Assessment District ar
21 set forth in full in the Bid Documents in the specification

previously approved. Reference is hereby made to said
Documents, and specifically the "NOTICE INVITING SE
24 PROPOSALS, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 92-1 (LA COSTA DOWNS).
