RESOLUTION NO. 95-223
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND
THE CARLSBAD SENIOR CITIZENS' ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the Carlsbad Seni
Citizens' Association, hereinafter referred to as CSCA, desires to provil
services to senior citizens; and,
WHEREAS, each organization has specific responsibilities in t'
provision of such services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council approves this agreement between the City
Carlsbad and the CSCA.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Cour
of the City of Carlsbad held on the 8th day of AUGUST , 19s
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnil;
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
